Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mysore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. Day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, proposal preparation, client meetings, and contract negotiations. The role requires regular coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Proposal Preparation Proven experience in Client Relationship Management and Contract Negotiations Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the facilities management or related industry is a plus Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Willingness to travel when required
