Position - Assistant Manager (Marketing/Business development)

Working days - 6

Exp.- Min. 5 to 10 yrs.

Qualification - B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc/MBA in Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify and generate new business opportunities in relevant chemical markets.
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers to understand requirements and convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through field visits, calls, and digital outreach.

2.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, provide product information, and coordinate with internal teams to fulfil client needs.
Track customer orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure smooth business flow.

3.

Market Research & Intelligence

Gather market insights related to pricing, competitors, demand trends, and new product opportunities.
Share insights with management to support strategic decision-making.

4.

Sales Support & Coordination

Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and technical documents.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution.
Maintain and update sales reports, customer databases, and follow-up trackers.

5.

Marketing Activities

Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and product literature.
Promote the company's products through digital platforms where applicable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
