Develop and communicate product positioning, creating compelling value propositions for clients, while demonstrating return on investment (ROI).
Engage with clients, consultants, and utility companies to secure approvals and promote new products, emphasizing key product differentiators.
Generate new business by meeting with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Build and maintain a sales pipeline (enquiry bank) and actively track it to improve conversion rates.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, taking full responsibility for new business opportunities.
Organize presentations, seminars, and attend industry conferences to build a strong presence among potential clients.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes, sharing relevant insights internally to inform necessary adjustments to business strategy.
Qualification : BE / Btech Technical skills :-
Strong understanding of the company's product portfolio (e.g., cables, switchgear, transformers, EPC offerings, etc.)
Application knowledge of electrical systems, grid infrastructure, or relevant domain (if technical background)
Understanding of RFPs/RFQs, tender specifications, bid submissions
Awareness of utility board standards, industrial certifications (like BIS, IEC, etc.), and local regulatory frameworks

Capability to identify, qualify, and convert high-value prospects
Networking and relationship-building with large accounts, consultants, and utilities
Ability to research potential clients, upcoming projects, market shifts
