Job Description

We are a leading provider of water and wastewater treatment solutions, including RO/DM/STP/ETP systems, chemical treatment programs, and comprehensive service support for industrial, commercial, and institutional clients.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned regions and industry sectors Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, and industry contacts Meet and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, and product presentations Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business Promote water treatment solutions such as RO plants, DM plants, softeners, STP/ETP, and chemical dosing systems Promote industrial chemicals like corrosion inhibitors, biocides, antiscalants, polymers, etc. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and develop sales strategies Coordinate with service, engineering, and operations teams for smooth project execution

Key Requirements

3-7 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in Water Treatment, Environmental Engineering, or Industrial Chemicals Strong understanding of water treatment plants and industrial chemical applications Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and achieve targets Willingness to travel as required

Education

B.E. / Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
OR

B.Sc. in Chemistry / Environmental Science MBA in Marketing is an added advantage
