The BDM - PEB Sales is responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and driving sales of Pre-Engineered Building solutions by identifying project opportunities and converting them into confirmed orders.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in PEB projects
Generate leads through consultants, architects, PMCs, contractors, and clients
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions
Understand project requirements and propose suitable PEB solutions
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams
Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms
Close deals and achieve assigned sales targets
Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and MIS reports
Develop long-term relationships with key clients and consultants
Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
Project Segments
Industrial buildings, factories, and warehouses
Logistics parks and cold storage
Commercial and institutional buildings
Infrastructure projects
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of PEB systems and steel structures
Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and specifications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Client handling and key account management
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Qualification & Experience
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred
MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage
7+ years of experience in PEB / steel structure sales
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
