Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that increase revenue, ROI, and market presence. Align marketing efforts with overall business goals and evolving customer needs. Manage and mentor the Digital Marketing team Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and a unified customer experience. Oversee lead generation, assignment, and follow-up workflows. Utilize CRM to efficiently track and manage lead conversions. Plan and execute digital campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum lead generation and engagement. Direct content creation for web, social, and other channels to enhance brand identity and visibility. Manage company's digital assets and social media platforms. Organize and promote seminars, webinars, and outreach programs for lead generation and brand building. Handle influencer partnerships to improve engagement and online reach. Manage media relations, secure press coverage, and foster journalist relationships for positive brand exposure. Track KPIs and marketing analytics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness, ROI, and retention. Report key insights, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations to the Management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Proven experience in strategic marketing leadership Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite) Excellent team management, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights Experience in event planning, influencer management, and media handling

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
