We are seeking an Assistance Manager with a strong sales background to support our sales team in achieving goals, improving processes, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales operations, lead management, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:-
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, lead management, and sales operations.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth.
Manage sales data, reporting, and analysis to inform sales decisions.
Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and other departments to align sales efforts.
Ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth through existing customer relationships.
Assist in sales forecasting, target setting, and performance monitoring.
Required Profile:-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
3+ years of experience in sales or sales support role.
Strong understanding of sales processes, lead management, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or similar.
Preferred Skills:-
Experience with sales analytics and reporting tools.
Knowledge of sales methodologies and strategies.
