expertise over the years. Position Sr. Executive Department Warehouse (CAR-T) Location Bangalore Desired Profile Bachelors / Masters (any discipline) / MBA with 1 - 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience , Key Skills and
Competencies:

• To manage and control the day-to-day operations of the warehouse

activities.

• To implement and drive the policies and procedures of the company

and department for the function.

• Ensure materials, supplies and miscellaneous receipts are received,

processed, documented, and maintained in accordance with SOPs, including the handling of temperature sensitive and hazardous materials.

• Maintain cGMP compliance to include labelling, FIFO, documentation,

etc.

• Assist with the total inventory management process including but not

limited to: cycle counts, full physical inventory counts, performing inventory investigations when needed or required.

• Dispense/issuance materials as per defined procedure and ensure

materials are issued to production department in time with proper labelling.

• Prepare documents for dispatch of finished goods to desired locations

and supervise loading of finished goods.

• Prepare warehouse SOP and look after warehouse related Change

control, Deviation, CAPA, Investigation and incident.

• Perform equipment/instrument qualification study, temperature

distribution study for warehouse areas.

• Ensure the storage and handling of finished goods under cryogenic

conditions.

• Ensure good housekeeping in the warehouse as per defined procedure.

• Ensure safety of the personnel and equipment in the warehouse

• Handle the regulatory, safety and statutory audits and ensure

compliance.

• GRN Preparation, material issues and update raw material, packing

materials etc.

• Handling of rejected and returned materials.
