We are currently looking to hire a Property Scout/Acquisition Specialist for the Pune region. To ensure the candidate is a strong fit for this role, we have defined the following essential requirements:
The ideal candidate must possess local expertise, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in relevant tools and documentation. Specifically, we require that the candidate:
1. Possesses a two-wheeler for efficient travel throughout the territory.
2. Has extensive, in-depth knowledge of the Pune territory.
3. Demonstrates good communication and strong negotiation skills.
4. Is proficient in handling MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
5. Is aware of average rental rates and commercial/land lease rates based on area specifications within Pune.
6. Is well-versed with the legal documentation process involved in leasing agreements.
7. Can effectively manage local broker relationships.
