Identify potential leads through online research, social media, and databases.
Make outbound cold calls to prospects to introduce company products/services.
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and sales executives.
Follow up on leads and conduct market research to support sales activities.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
Update lead status, notes, and follow-up schedules regularly.
Ensure data integrity and timely entry of new leads and contacts.
Track sales progress and generate CRM reports as needed.
Sales Support & Coordination:
Support senior sales team in proposal creation and client communications.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet client requirements.
Assist in preparing marketing material, email campaigns, and follow-ups.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide suitable product/service solutions.
Key Skills Required:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in
cold calling
and lead generation.
Familiarity with
CRM tools
(e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Target-driven with a proactive attitude.
Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Experience in using CRM software is preferred.
