Assistant Manager Banking
Job Description
-Arrangement of Working Capital Finance for different business requirement across Group
-Arrangement of Vehicle/ Equipment Finance
-Participating in other funding exercise not restricted to Term Loan, PE etc.
-Negotiating Interest Costs
-Completion of banking formalities, i.e., submission of CMA (projections), DP statement, KYC papers, documentation etc.
-BG\' Preparation and Cancellation
-Bill Discounting- On Boarding & Renewal
-Employee Car Financing
-Creating Data Bank for timely submission of information to Bank (Other stakeholders)
-Passing entries in Books of Accounts in respect of funding/ borrowing related transactions
-Liaison and providing information to Credit Rating Agency
-Supporting other team/ cross team in respect of any Bank related issue
-Timely completion of regular financial reports and adhoc information sought by top management for their review
-Coordination with Vehicle Seller for invoicing (credit notes etc.) and passing corresponding entries in books of accounts
-Handling following activities and MIS preparation:
oStaff advance, Loan and Imprest
oGratuity Payment
oNPS deposit
oNo Dues for FFS in System
oMarket Vehicle Profitability
oIndirect expense (except Fleets
Knowledge of Banking, Credit Rating. Minimum Debt Book handled ~Rs. 200 Crores with must experience in handling working capital and rupee term loan. Sound working knowledge of MS Excel.
