Job Description
Role : Assistant Manager Desired Profile
- 8-10 years of overall post qualification experience in BPO/ITES sector, out of which atleast 4-5 years should have been in Insurance Domain
- At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as Team Leader/Assistant Manager in the BPO/ITES sector.
- Should have led and managed a team of 15+ direct reportees; and overall team sizes of 25-30 members
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should have ability to read and decipher operational metrics
- Should be structured, organized, and have ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Should have ability to multi-task, strong analytical, planning and time management skills
- Should have demonstrated the below skills in their previous role
