? Develop and execute B2C sales strategies for logistics services including courier, last-mile delivery, warehousing, and freight solutions.
? Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently on a monthly and quarterly basis.
? Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion, order volumes, and revenue generation to ensure target completion.
? Client Onboarding & Relationship Management:
? Handle end-to-end client onboarding -- from initial discussions to finalizing contracts and smooth integration with operations.
? Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
? Address escalated client concerns, queries, and service issues promptly.
? Individual Contribution & Sales Execution:
? Actively contribute to new business acquisition through direct client interactions and outreach.
? Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos.
? Provide support to the sales team in closing high-value deals and key accounts.
? Team Leadership & Collaboration:
? Mentor and guide the B2C sales team to maximize individual and collective performance.
? Coordinate with operations, marketing, and logistics teams for seamless service delivery and campaign execution.
