Lead B2B sales for Masala products, managing the full sales process from lead generation to order execution while achieving revenue targets. This senior role demands extensive travel across India for client visits, exhibitions, and market expansion, with a focus on private label clients and strategic growth in wholesalers, distributors, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and client site visits; qualify prospects for expansion .
Manage complete sales cycle: identify opportunities, develop relationships, negotiate/close deals, retain customers .
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets; follow up on orders with customers and internal teams for timely execution .
Handle private label job work clients; coordinate with designer, purchase, QC, production for artwork, packing, quality checks .
Participate in pan-India sales exhibitions; follow up leads to secure new business .
Conduct market research, competitor analysis; provide sales forecasting and reporting to management .
Maintain account management using CRM tools; resolve queries for customer satisfaction .
Travel extensively (daily/interstate/overnight) for meetings with minimal office time .
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's in Business/Marketing/Agriculture; MBA preferred .
3-6 years B2B sales in spices/FMCG with private label experience .
Strong negotiation, communication, CRM skills; self-motivated, travel-ready .
