We are seeking an articulate and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives and effectively curate and communicate our brand's message. The role demands a professional with exceptional English language proficiency to create, curate, and manage high-quality content while ensuring impactful engagement across diverse digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strateies across multiple channels (Social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
Set performance KPIs and oversee the execution of campaigns to achieve ROI targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights to refine strategies.
Campaign Management
Plan and execute paid digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Manage the company's website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience and conversion (SEO/UX).
Design, develop, and publish engaging content (blogs, videos, infographics).
Team Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Business Development & Chemistry Team to align marketing objectives.
Scout external agencies and coordinate outsourced projects to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills
Exceptional skills in the English language to curate brand messages.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B marketing, especially in sectors like e-commerce, Chemical technology or Pharmaceuticals.
Knowledge of industry-specific digital marketing landscape and commercial client behavior.
Experience Required:
3-6 years in B2B Digital Marketing
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM is a plus)
Language Proficiency:
Strong command and fluency in English (both written and spoken)
