Job Purpose:
To drive revenue growth through B2B corporate gifting sales by identifying, acquiring, and managing
key corporate clients, delivering customized gifting solutions, and ensuring excellent customer
service within the retail/lifestyle brand segment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and target potential corporate clients (HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing teams).
Pitch gifting solutions aligned with the brand's portfolio.
Generate leads through cold calling, references, events, and networking.
Create customized proposals and close sales effectively.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
Act as a single point of contact for corporate clients.
Understand client needs for festive gifting, employee rewards, events, etc.
3. Product Knowledge & Customization
Have deep understanding of the brand's products (perfumes, lifestyle items, hampers, etc.).
Coordinate with product, packaging, and logistics teams for order customization.
Ensure quality and brand compliance in all gifting solutions.
4. Order Management & Fulfilment
Manage end-to-end order cycle - quotation, approvals, invoicing, payment follow-up, dispatch, and
delivery tracking.
Ensure timely execution of bulk and seasonal orders.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track competition, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Maintain MIS and sales reports for review with management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, preferably in lifestyle/retail/FMCG/gifting
industry.
