Key Performance Area:

Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets as per plan Maintain process quality and product conformity through strict adherence to work standards and control plans Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, and operator skill development to ensure smooth operations Drive OEE improvement, waste reduction, and cost optimization through lean manufacturing practices Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Stores to minimize downtime and meet delivery schedules Monitor and control process parameters, rejection levels, and rework rates to achieve defined performance KPIs Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) regulations and maintain 5S workplace standards Support new product and process implementation, and manage engineering changes effectively Prepare and analyze daily production reports, downtime analyses, and improvement action plans Foster a culture of continuous improvement through team engagement, Kaizen activities, and training initiatives
