We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Front Manager
to join our team. This role involves managing front office operations, handling billing and administrative tasks, and serving as the primary point of contact for our dealer network. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining communication standards.
Key Responsibilities
Billing & Invoicing
: Generate accurate bills and invoices using computer software; ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and timely
Dealer Communication
: Maintain regular contact with dealers via email, phone, and in-person meetings; address queries and provide updates on orders and shipments
Documentation
: Prepare, organize, and maintain comprehensive records of transactions, communications, and operational data
Email Management
: Draft and send professional business emails in English to dealers, clients, and internal teams
Data Entry
: Input and manage data using office software with high accuracy and attention to detail
Customer Service
: Provide excellent support to dealers and clients; respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
Administrative Support
: Assist with general front office operations and support the management team as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
Microsoft Office Proficiency
: Strong working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
Billing Software
: Experience with billing and invoicing systems (experience with Tally or similar ERP systems is a plus)
English Communication
: Fluent written and spoken English; ability to compose professional emails and reports
Dealer Interaction
: Comfortable communicating with dealers and external stakeholders; ability to build professional relationships
Computer Literacy
: Comfortable working with computers and learning new software tools
Organization
: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Accuracy
: High attention to detail in billing, data entry, and documentation
Problem-Solving
: Ability to identify and resolve simple operational issues
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
Familiarity with ERP systems ( SAP, or similar)
Experience in a similar front office or administrative role
Knowledge of logistics or transportation industry
Education
High School / Intermediate (12th pass) or higher
Certificate or Diploma in office administration, accounting, or relevant field (preferred but not mandatory)
Work Environment
Office-based position
Full-time role : 9:30 to 7:30
Standard business hours (may include some flexibility based on operational needs)
Occasional travel for dealer meetings may be required
