Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative

Assistant Manager - Architect

to support our real estate development projects. The role involves designing, planning, coordinating, and overseeing architectural aspects of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecture within the real estate industry and a strong understanding of building codes, design principles, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for real estate projects. Work closely with the senior architects and design head to prepare layouts, 3D models, and working drawings. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and engineers to ensure alignment of design intent with project execution. Review and ensure compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations. Assist in preparing detailed design documentation, BOQs, and material specifications. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to architectural plans. Liaise with external design consultants and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services. Provide input on sustainable design practices and modern building technologies. Support in obtaining approvals from regulatory authorities for design-related matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. 4-7 years of relevant experience in real estate architecture or property development. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and technical detailing. Good communication, coordination, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects.

Pay: Up to ?65,000.00 per month
