You will be the
key point of contact
for arbitrators--from onboarding and training to ongoing communication and case coordination. You will play a critical role in ensuring that arbitrators are well-equipped, well-informed, and continuously engaged with our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and source potential arbitrators for empanelment.
Manage end-to-end onboarding including documentation, case guidelines, and fee structures.
Conduct platform training for new arbitrators and facilitate quarterly refresher sessions.
Create training content, user manuals, FAQs, and resource guides.
Maintain regular communication with arbitrators and act as their go-to support point.
Schedule hearings and coordinate the passing of arbitration orders.
Manage and update arbitrator databases, certifications, and training logs.
Facilitate smooth communication through digital channels like WhatsApp groups.
Gather feedback and continuously improve arbitrator engagement and support processes.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in
LLB, B.Com, BMS
, or a related field.
1+ years
of experience in
stakeholder management, training, or legal/arbitration-related roles
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with senior professionals.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; comfort with digital tools and tech platforms.
Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Up-to-date knowledge of legal and arbitration developments is a plus.
