BE/ME/MCA/M.Sc (IT) /other graduates with relevant experience


Experience



Minimum 4 Years
Prior experience in financial services or related industries.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for API hosting and management.
Familiarity with API management platforms and orchestration tools.


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure RESTful APIs using Spring Boot framework to support business applications and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, system architects, and product managers to deliver seamless API solutions. Implement best practices in API design, including REST principles, stateless communication, and efficient data serialization formats such as JSON and XML. Develop and maintain microservices architecture leveraging Spring Boot and related technologies. Conduct API testing using tools like Postman and automated testing frameworks to ensure reliability and performance. Manage API versioning, documentation, and lifecycle to support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Troubleshoot and optimize API performance, ensuring high availability and responsiveness. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and stakeholders on API usage and integration. Drive innovation by adopting new technologies and frameworks relevant to API development and integration.

Technical Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in Java programming with extensive experience in Spring Boot for building RESTful web services. Deep understanding of REST API design principles, HTTP methods, status codes, and stateless communication. Experience with API security best practices including authentication and authorization mechanisms. Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, and automated testing frameworks. Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools for automated build and deployment. Understanding of client-server architecture and cross-platform API integration. Ability to work with JSON, XML, and other data serialization formats. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively in agile development teams.
