Drive sales growth by achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and corporate sectors
Manage and guide a team of sales executives and ensure performance targets are met
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, lab partners, and healthcare providers
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and promotional activities
Track team performance through daily/weekly reports and CRM tools
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and technical teams for service delivery
Ensure timely collections, renewals, and client satisfaction
Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and suggest strategies
Train and mentor new sales team members
