Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations:
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, food prep oversight, and cleanliness.
Staff Management:
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front and back-of-house employees.
Customer Service:
Ensure outstanding customer experience by addressing complaints and maintaining service standards.
Inventory & Ordering:
Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders, and manage food cost controls.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure food preparation and presentation meet company and safety standards.
Sales & Profitability:
Drive sales and control costs to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Health & Safety:
Maintain compliance with health department regulations and ensure safe food handling practices.
Marketing & Promotions:
Collaborate on or execute local marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions.
Experience required 3-4 years.
