Assistant Manager (Allrounder)
who can support multiple departments including production, accounts, admin, purchase, and sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist management in day-to-day business operations.
Supervise production activities and ensure quality and timely dispatch.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and customers for smooth workflow.
Handle purchase, billing, and payment follow-ups.
Support accounts and maintain stock/inventory records.
Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain office discipline.
Manage staff attendance, HR documentation, and internal communication.
Act as a bridge between management and different departments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Any Graduate / MBA preferred.
2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, trading, or admin roles.
Good communication, leadership, and multitasking ability.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and Tally (optional but preferred).
Smart, active, and result-oriented attitude.
Salary:
Based on experience and performance.
