To control, monitor and prepare report releases in time and with full accuracy of tasks related to Sales / Finance / Operations / Production / NWC related area. To continuously seek out better ways of performing the processes and support process improvement initiatives. To successfully perform other assigned Analytics functions under the directions. To ensure standard procedures and work instructions followed and timely reviewed for improvement ideas. To coordinate with Global Process experts and workout new process, train and implement within team. To co ordinate and establish analytics culture.

What will you be doing? You will... Essential Function 1: Operation Managment
1 Understand and apply Enterprise Analytics processes, policies, procedures and internal control standards
2 Monitor timely and in acurate provisioning of analytics.Drive the implementation of corrective actions
3 Handling client queries and escalations, ensuring feedback to client queries within agreed turnaround time
4 Design & Develop reports in line with customer’s requirements
5 Monitor and manage capacities and drive for productivity by contineous improvement ideas and implementation
6 Perform daily activities on a professional level to improve the EA KPI results
7 Performing ICOFR checks

Essential Function 2: People Management
1 Coach team members,ensure they receive orientation and appropriate development opportunities
2 Share potential bottlenecks/ backlogs. Recognize & communicate potential issues as appropriate.
3 Backup Planning,Disciplined performance management and resource hiring
4 Build up relevant know-how & one team attitude, conflict management
5 Participate in daily team briefing/ weekly team meetings
6 Supervise,motivate,develop and mentor employees

Essential Function 3: End-to-End process improvements
1 Ensure adherence to internal and external guidelines as well as to a standardized process landscape
2 Implementation of quality / continuous improvement projects
3 Support process improvements initiatives and related projects

Essential Function 4: Relationship Management
1 Establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
2 Interface with other SSC teams to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities
What do we expect? You... Education : BE- IT, MBA, MCA. Adequate knowledge of SAP,PowerBI, Advance MS office applications is must.
1. Over 5 years experience in Analytics /over 5 years experience in similar role - Sales / Finance / Operations / Production related area / over 3 years experience in SAP & PowerBI/People Management 2. Desirable: CRM, Working experience within a shared services center
