We are seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer (Manager-level) to lead the design and delivery of innovative AI-driven prototypes and solutions for clients. This role requires a mix of hands-on engineering, project leadership, and stakeholder management. You will architect and implement AI/ML systems, manage client expectations, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring projects are delivered with technical excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI solution development from design to deployment. Manage end-to-end project delivery, including client interactions and stakeholder management. Architect scalable, cloud-native AI applications. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Balance coding responsibilities with project management and client engagement. Stay current with emerging AI/ML and cloud technologies and apply them in client solutions.

Requirements

4-8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or software engineering. Experience leading small teams or projects in AI/ML or software development. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Flask/FastAPI, Node.js, React. Strong experience with ML/GenAI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face). Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
