Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various business units to provide actionable insights that support project management and operational goals.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with AEL's strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and business analysts, to identify data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Utilize statistical tools and data visualization platforms to present complex data in an understandable and actionable format.
• Support the PMO in resource planning and allocation by providing data-backed recommendations.
• Conduct trend analysis and predictive modeling to forecast project outcomes and identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Leverage data analytics to enhance the efficiency of infrastructure projects, such as water treatment and road development, aligning with AEL's operational priorities.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation and quality control processes.
• Stay updated on emerging data analytics tools and methodologies to continuously improve analytical capabilities.
• Contribute to the development of a data-driven culture within AEL by training team members on data analytics tools and best practices.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the infrastructure, energy, or logistics sectors.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in data analytics or business intelligence tools are preferred.
