Job Description

Carry out the duties on behest of Site/Property Manager - responsible for managing all aspects of the Property management service delivery system at the site - Primarily Asset Management & Operations at assigned facilities. Responsible for Entire Gujarat sites Duties & Responsibilities . To ensure that Property management staff provides timely reports to the management . To ensure that PM and vendors staff track the completion of the scheduled work . To act as a single point of contact for the designated facility for all PM escalations . To ensure all reports, checklist, statutory compliance are adhered at all times . To ensure accuracy of the data, analyze the PM costing and highlight the management . To assist during audit process and provide audit report with proper justification . To ensure safety systems and processes are established and implemented on site . To oversee and manage the operational budgets . To ensure facility upkeep is maintained in all areas - Engineering services . Understand and work for 52 weeks PPM calendar schedules . Ensure timely submission of invoices by the vendors and provisions . Develop specific processes and procedures towards sustainability . To ensure necessary training plan is scheduled and train the onsite team Computer literate with exceptional knowledge of excel and ppt B-Tech or Diploma electrical / Mechanical / Civil engineering with 05 - 07 years of experience . And or relevant experience with Facility management organizations of repute at Malls / High end residential complexes/ Property management sites/ Ecommerce facilities. Experience with ecommerce industry will be highly preferred. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT-Manage, motivate and develop reporting staff . Succession Planning . Monitor employee recognition program Knowledge of Financial acumen - Forecast, Budgeting, P&L understanding Interpersonal skills.
