Job Role :
Looking for a data-driven and proactive program manager to scale up 0-1 initiatives for Swiggy Dineout.
To be successful, you should be detail-oriented and adept at building relationships with partners and liaisoning with internal stakeholders. Ultimately, you should be able to multitask effectively as well as demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Build Rapport & drive strategic projects/initiatives with partners/brands for improving revenue
Collaborate with internal stakeholders/cross-functional team to drive process improvements, initiatives/projects proactively that reduce operational efforts and maximise revenue
Performing in-depth analysis for outliers and deriving highly actionable data to drive with Dineout brands
Connect with the brand POCs on regular basis and discuss trending metrics and ways to improve consumer experience/ revenue and drive it to execution
Build weekly/monthly insights and RCAs to drive KPIs with partners/internal stakeholders
Work with central supply teams on initiatives to be driven, and own them with city heads
Desired Skill :
3-5 years of experience in Business Sales / Central Functions / Biz Ops roles.
Excellent Analytical Skills. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
Graduate/MBA from Tier 2/3 colleges
Excellent communication skill
