Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed admission targets for the assigned region. Conduct outreach to schools, colleges, and educational counselors for collaborations and awareness programs. Organize and lead admission drives, open houses, and promotional events. Counsel students and parents on academic programs, scholarships, and career pathways. Plan and manage

ATL & BTL marketing activities

-- from digital promotions to on-ground campaigns -- for brand visibility and lead generation. Maintain accurate data and prepare periodic reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and overall admission performance. Build and nurture relationships with educational partners and community stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of proven experience in

sales, marketing, or student admissions

within the education sector. Hands-on experience in

ATL & BTL campaign execution

and outreach program coordination. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel extensively across

Punjab & Haryana
