Requirements:

? Work Experience: 3-5 years

? Minimum Educational Qualification: BBA/B.Com./B.Sc/B.Ed/B.Tech/MBA/MSc/B.Ed/M.Ed./B.Sc/B.Tech /BA (Psychology)/MA (Psychology)/MA in Education (Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred)

? Excellent communication (Verbal & Written) and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

? Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

? Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and conducive learning environment for students.

? Relevant certifications or training in mentoring, counseling, or educational leadership will be preferred. Roles & Responsibilities

? Assisting in Admission Process, Onboarding Support and Operations of Online Education ? Personalized guidance,support and mentorship to students, focusing on their holistic development and well-being.

? Track and analyze students' academic performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing tailored plans to improve academic performance.

? Supervision of classroom operations, Data Management and Crosschecking.

? Maintaining Regular Communication with Parents, conduct regular meetings with parents to discuss students' progress, address concerns, and provide counselling on academic and behavioral issues.

? Regular Monitoring of students, proactively identify and address student issues and challenges, implement timely interventions and support mechanisms.

Skills :

? CRM Softwares, MS Office, Google workplace, Zoho workplace, Advanced Excel, Pivot table, Vlookup, Data Analysis, leadership skill, Decision Making, Problem Solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
