Job Description

Office & Facility Management



Oversee day-to-day functioning of the office premises (cleanliness, repairs, seating, supplies, equipment). Ensure workplace readiness, including seating arrangements, IT setup coordination, and basic amenities. Manage office expansions, renovations, and shifting projects (if any). Supervise facility staff (housekeeping, pantry, security).

Vendor & AMC Management



Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for housekeeping, security, catering, repair/maintenance, travel, etc. Maintain and renew AMCs for assets like air conditioners, printers, elevators, water purifiers, etc. Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure timely payments and service delivery.

Safety, Compliance & Maintenance



Ensure fire safety, health & safety standards, and emergency readiness (fire extinguishers, first aid kits, etc.). Manage statutory compliance related to facilities (e.g., shop & establishment act, fire NOC, etc.). Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks.

Inventory & Asset Management



Maintain updated records of office assets (laptops, monitors, furniture, etc.). Track issue/return of assets to employees during onboarding/exits. Manage stock and procurement of office supplies, stationery, pantry items, etc.

Administrative Support



Support HR teams in event setups, audits, onboarding/offboarding logistics. Manage courier, travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and visitor management. Coordinate facility support for internal events, town halls, and offsites.

Key Skills & Attributes



Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently Excellent coordination and multitasking skills Vendor negotiation and relationship management Working knowledge of statutory and compliance norms Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and facility tracking tools Calm, composed, and solution-oriented under pressure Experience in managing office spaces for startups or scaling teams
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
