In this role, you'll serve as the backbone of our team, coordinating administrative activities, streamlining workflows, and creating an inviting, efficient workspace. Job Responsibilities:



Ensuring company policies are followed along with training and developing new employees. Time Management for overall staff and coordination with Delhi & GGN office. Optimizing profits by controlling costs. Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction. Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices. Staff management, Performance evaluations of team members. Act as the primary liaison between teams, vendors, and external partners. Organize schedules, team meetings, and events, both in-office and virtually. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Assist in onboarding new team members, creating a welcoming and supportive experience. Maintain accurate records, including invoices, contracts, and employee Leaves, documentation. Develop and implement systems to improve administrative efficiency and communication. Monitor compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards. Administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, conducting meetings, and preparing reports. Handling general office tasks and administrative duties, such as directing communications between colleagues and customers, organizing schedules and events, entering data, bookkeeping, maintaining office equipment and so on.

Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in office administration, executive assistance, or related roles. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in office tools and software, including Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster collaboration. A proactive mindset with a strong focus on inclusivity and creating a positive team culture. Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
