Job Summary
The
Assistant Manager - Administration
will be responsible for managing end-to-end administrative functions at the manufacturing plant/office. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations related to facilities, security, housekeeping, vendor management, and statutory compliance, supporting uninterrupted plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Facility Management
Oversee plant and office administration, including housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, and utilities.
Ensure proper maintenance of buildings, equipment, furniture, and infrastructure.
Manage facility services, AMCs, and statutory licenses related to administration.
Coordinate with internal departments for admin-related requirements.
