Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned

Assistant Manager for Admin and Operations

to join our team. With over 5 years of experience, you will be the backbone of our administrative structure, ensuring that our corporate office and food processing factory operate at peak efficiency. This role is perfect for a process-oriented leader who excels in statutory compliance and hands-on operational management.

Work Schedule



5 Days:

Corporate Office based.

1 Day:

Mandatory Factory/Processing Plant visit.

Key Responsibilities1. Statutory Compliance (ESI & PF)



Execute end-to-end

ESI and PF processes

, including registrations, monthly contributions, and filing of returns. Act as the primary point of contact for labor department inspections and statutory audits. Ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws and the Factories Act.

2. Office & Factory Operations



Manage daily administrative functions: facility maintenance, security, and vendor management. Oversee the procurement of office and factory supplies, ensuring cost-effective inventory management. Ensure the factory premises adhere to the high hygiene and safety standards required by the

Agro-Food industry

.

3. Site Leadership



Conduct weekly factory visits to audit administrative protocols, staff attendance, and facility hygiene. Bridge the communication gap between the corporate office and the production site to ensure operational alignment.

4. Documentation & Reporting



Maintain meticulous records of company assets, lease agreements, and industry-specific licenses (FSSAI, Trade, Fire Safety). Provide weekly reports to senior management on operational status and compliance health.

Required Experience & Skills



Experience:

Minimum 5

+ years

in Admin & Operations (Experience in

Agro-Food, FMCG, or Manufacturing

is mandatory).

Compliance Expert:

Deep practical knowledge of

ESI and PF portals

and labor law regulations.

Education:

Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA in Operations or HR preferred).

Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills to manage both corporate executives and ground-level factory staff.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/HRIS systems.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
