Manage and supervise day-to-day administrative activities
Oversee facility management, office maintenance, and vendor coordination
Handle procurement of office supplies and asset management
Support HR and management with documentation and administrative tasks
Maintain records, reports, and filing systems
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
Coordinate travel, meetings, and events as required
Lead and support the admin team to ensure efficiency
Required Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in Administration or Office Management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multitasking and work under deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in vendor management and facility operations

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
