Role Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Admin / Facility Admin to manage administrative and facility-
related activities at our warehouse/dark store. This role is not part of warehouse operations.

The position focuses on maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, vendor coordination, and overall
administrative support to ensure a well-managed and professional warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
? Ensure the warehouse premises are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
? Monitor cleanliness of warehouse floors, storage areas, and common spaces
? Ensure toilets and washrooms meet hygiene and sanitation standards
? Supervise and coordinate housekeeping and cleaning staff
? Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to the warehouse facility
? Coordinate with external vendors for cleaning, maintenance, and facility-related services
? Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for decoration work as and when required
? Coordinate with vendors for ordering rider/driver uniforms, gifts, merchandise, or other
administrative requirements
? Track vendor activities, ensure timely delivery, and maintain basic records
? Report and follow up on maintenance, hygiene, or facility-related issues
? Ensure compliance with company hygiene, safety, and discipline standards
Requirements & Skills
? Prior experience as a Warehouse Admin, Facility Admin, or similar administrative role preferred
? Strong coordination and vendor management skills
? Good organizational and follow-up abilities
? On-ground presence with a hands-on approach
? Basic knowledge of record-keeping and reporting
? Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
