What you will do:
Business Development & Revenue Generation:
Drive digital advertising revenue for platforms (website, OTT, App, and social media) by identifying and acquiring new clients across sectors.
Grow business from existing accounts through up-selling, cross-selling, and offering data-driven, customized digital media solutions.
Client & Agency Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with media agencies, digital planners/buyers, and direct clients.
Collaborate with brand teams to craft impactful digital campaigns leveraging video, display, branded content, and performance-driven formats.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop account-level digital sales strategies aligned with business goals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Provide actionable insights on market trends, audience behavior, competitor strategies, and emerging digital opportunities.
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
Coordinate with internal teams - Ad Operations, Content, Tech, and Creative to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
Track campaign performances and ensure high client satisfaction with post-campaign reporting and insights.
Requirements
1-5 Years of relevant experience in Digital Media Ad Sales, preferably with exposure to premium publishers, OTT platforms, or digital news networks.
Strong relationships with media agencies, digital planners, and brand clients.
In-depth understanding of digital advertising formats, programmatic buying, audience targeting, and campaign measurement metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, VTR, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented approach with a strong grasp of digital trends and innovations.
