Key Responsibilities



Sell online advertising solutions across both biddable (programmatic) and non-biddable media.

Work closely with media agencies and direct clients to understand their campaign requirements.

Actively pursue and achieve assigned sales targets.

Identify, research, and approach new business prospects to help grow market share.

Manage and update the sales pipeline independently, including follow-ups and closures.

Support new client acquisition while also nurturing existing client and agency relationships.

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with current clients and agency partners.

Assist in growing revenue from existing accounts through repeat and incremental business.

Stay updated on market trends related to programmatic and non-programmatic ad inventories.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign handover and execution.

Required Skills & Experience



2-3 years of experience in Digital Ad Sales

Prior media sales experience is mandatory.

Basic to good understanding of digital advertising metrics such as CPM, CPL, CPI, CPC, etc.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Target-driven, proactive, and able to manage sales activities independently.

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital advertising environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
