Company Overview:

Thermodyne Engineering Systems is a leading Steam Boiler manufacturer specializing in fuel-efficient and customized design Boilers. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Accounts Manager to lead our financial team at our Ghaziabad office. As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and providing strategic financial insights to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all general accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.

Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and budgets in compliance with accounting standards.

Ensure the accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and maintain the integrity of the financial systems.

Supervise the preparation and filing of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.

Monitor and manage cash flow, preparing cash flow forecasts and ensuring liquidity requirements are met.

Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of financial records and address any discrepancies promptly.

Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support during audits.

Lead financial analysis and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Manage bank reconciliations, promptly addressing any issues or discrepancies.

Develop, implement, and maintain financial processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and control.

Stay current with industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.

Mentor and develop the accounting team, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university. A professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is highly desirable.

A minimum of 06 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally,) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to work independently, as well as to lead and collaborate with a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and management capabilities.
