Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the entire accounting operations across multiple store locations. Monitor daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, stock adjustments, and expenses. Ensure timely preparation of

P&L, balance sheet, MIS reports

, and financial analyses. Handle

GST, TDS, statutory compliances

, and ensure accurate monthly/annual filings. Lead accounts receivable/payable functions and ensure timely vendor settlements. Review and approve ledger postings, journal entries, and reconciliations. Conduct internal audits, identify discrepancies, and implement process improvements. Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and management for financial planning. Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and adherence to timelines. Establish strong control systems for cash flow, inventory, and expense management.

Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in

Tally / ERP

and advanced Excel skills. Excellent knowledge of retail accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting. Leadership and team-handling capability. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
