: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager - Accounts and Administration to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and administrative activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting
:
- Maintain and manage financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts, credit facilities, and other financial transactions.
2.
Administration
:
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
- Manage office operations, including supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and other events.
- Ensure maintenance of records and documents.
3.
Compliance
:
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, such as TDS, GST, and other tax-related filings.
- Maintain records and returns for audits and inspections.
REQUIREMENTS:
- B.Com., MBA (Finance)
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting and administration.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and MS Office.
