Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations across multiple verticals
Handle statutory payments and compliance - GST, TDS, PF, ESI, professional tax
Maintain accurate books, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, receivables, and cash flow
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors for statutory and internal audits
Ensure timely filings and renewals of licenses, registrations, and returns
Liaison with government departments - Income Tax, GST, ROC, local municipal bodies, etc.
Handle real estate documentation - patta, encumbrance certificates, property taxes
Support hospitality vertical in compliance with GST on bookings, FSSAI licensing, and local tourism regulations
Assist HR with payroll compliance and contract verifications
Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and assist in financial planning
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting, taxation, and compliance standards
Hands-on experience in liaisoning with government departments
Experience in real estate and hospitality accounting preferred
Proficient in Tally, Excel, and accounting/ERP software
Ability to independently handle multi-domain responsibilities
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Should reside near Mylapore for easy commute and local coordination
