Responsibilities - * Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable operations including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.

  • Leading and mentoring a team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls.
  • Reviewing processes and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve payment-related queries.
  • Ensuring adherence to accounting standards, audit requirements, and company policies.
  • Analyzing AP metrics and preparing reports to support management decision-making.
Requirements - * Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance / Accounts Payable operations.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end AP processes, vendor management, and reconciliations.
  • Experience in team handling and process management.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting; professional certifications will be an added advantage.
