Assistant Manager - Accounts

Component Manufacturing for Automotive, Aerospace, and General Engineering -- catering to domestic and global markets

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

Tally Bookkeeping

and ensure accurate financial records Import

Sales & Purchase data

from ERP to Tally and validate entries Prepare, verify, and

file GST Returns

on the GST portal Handle

Income Tax-related activities

- TDS/TCS computation, Advance Tax working, and IT Return filing Oversee

Banking operations

including Receivables & Payables Management Perform

Bank Reconciliation (BRS)

and validation Manage

Forward Contract Booking

and related documentation Coordinate with

Banks and Tax Departments

to resolve queries and notices

Required Competencies:

Proficiency in

Tally Accounting Software

Experience with

Tally Data Import/Export

from third-party ERP systems Hands-on experience with

GST portal

operations and return filing Sound knowledge of

Taxation (GST & IT)

Experience with

Online Banking

and

Bulk Payments

Familiarity with

Foreign Exchange transactions

and

Forward Contracts

Strong skills in

Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)

Advanced proficiency in

MS Excel & Word

Strong

communication

,

analytical

, and

logical thinking

skills Ability to effectively use

AI tools

for analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

B.Com / MBA (Finance/Accounts)

preferred

7-8 years of experience

in core accounting functions Prior experience in a

manufacturing environment

is desirable
