Job Description

We are seeking an

Assistant Manager - Accounts

to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support the overall accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and contribute to accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries. Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other external parties as required. Support process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency within the accounts department.

Requirements:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting/finance roles. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and ERP/accounting software. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
