Responsible for accounting activities and ensure timely and accurate compliance of all Statutory requirements, applicable. Preparation of monthly financial statements, preparation of all audit schedules on a regular basis to ensure that all audit requirements are met. ICFR - review of all processes for compliance with the Risk & Control Matrix (RACM) and be part of the periodic testing of all RACMs in terms of their effectiveness. Conduct review of general ledger on a regular basis to ensure that books of accounts are properly maintained. Review the IT systems and work with the central IT Team for ensuring that the system is robust and all changes required are in compliance with the RACM and the operating process while they ensure that risks are mitigated. Handling tax audit and audit u/s 35(2AB) CA with 6-8 Years post qualification experience having good analytical skill. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
