We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Assistant Manager - Accounts
to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. This role involves handling day-to-day accounting functions, assisting in audits, budgeting, and supporting the Finance Manager in strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Ensure accurate and timely closing of books of accounts.
Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
Ensure statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other relevant laws.
Coordinate with auditors (internal & statutory) and handle audit requirements.
Maintain internal control systems and recommend process improvements.
Liaise with banks, vendors, and internal departments for smooth financial operations.
Support Finance Manager with MIS reports and financial planning activities.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
4-7 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP
Good understanding of Indian taxation and statutory compliance.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
