Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.). Conduct GST input credit reconciliation (GSTR-2B vs books). Manage GST payments and challans. Handle GST notices and departmental queries. Maintain and reconcile GST ledgers (Input and Output). Ensure timely deduction and deposit of TDS as per applicable rates. Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.). Generate and issue TDS certificates (Form 16, 16A). Reconcile TDS payable, deducted, and deposited. Assist in advance tax computation and payment. Support the preparation of income tax returns for the company, group companies, and directors. Assist during income tax assessments or scrutiny. Maintain proper documentation for tax audits.
