The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate records.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, income tax, and other local regulations.
Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and support.
Monitor and control budgets, analyze variances, and provide financial insights to management.
Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for financial transactions and reporting.
Implement and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
Maintain documentation of accounting policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred).
3-6 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
